Roundabout (Intestine)
Our Roundabout (Intestine) Package contains premium roundabout intestines sourced from a mature male bull. Roundabout is a type of beef intestine that naturally curls into rings when cooked, giving it its popular name. Carefully cleaned and prepared, it is a favourite ingredient in many traditional Nigerian dishes for its distinctive texture and ability to absorb rich flavours. Naturally flavourful and satisfying, cow roundabout becomes tender when properly cooked, making it an excellent addition to soups, sauces, and assorted meat delicacies.

You can safely defrost your frozen meat pack using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Refrigerator (Recommended)
Transfer the frozen meat pack from the freezer to the refrigerator and leave overnight. This is the safest method and helps retain freshness, flavour, and texture.
Method 2: Cold Water Bath
Place the sealed meat pack in a bowl of cold water. This method is highly recommended when you need to defrost the meat more quickly.
Method 3: Running Water
Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, and run clean water over it while gently separating the pieces. This method is not highly recommended but can be useful when you're short on time.
Method 4: Microwave Defrost
Use your microwave's "Defrost by Weight" function. Monitor carefully to avoid partially cooking the meat during the defrosting process.
