RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our products are non-returnable. We only accept an EXCHANGE in cases where we make an error on the order dispatched; This exchange comes at no extra fee. Kindly check your package in the presence of the rider before they leave to qualify for this exchange as orders that have been taken into your delivery location do not qualify for an exchange due to the sensitive nature of meat products.
We have a no refunds policy but can modify your order or issue a credit note for future use if the order has not been dispatched. Check our Order Cancellation/Modification Policy below.
ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us ASAP via Whatsapp. We will do our best to make the change if the order has not been dispatched. Read our refunds policy above.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within Lagos State. Please contact us for shipping to Ogun State environs that share close boundaries with Lagos State.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
The following information is the estimated time frame you should receive your order after it has been confirmed:
For orders placed before 9AM: Same business day, between 10AM to 6PM.
For orders placed after 9AM: Next business day, between 10AM to 6PM.
Please confirm the content of your package in the presence of the dispatch rider before they leave as orders that have been taken into your building will not qualify for an exchange.
Kindly stay reachable for the dispatch rider or ensure someone is available to receive your order as returning your order to our facility due to your unavailability will incur an extra charge of the delivery cost to our facility and back to your delivery location. The exact package will be delivered to you and we will not be liable for any change in the quality of the meat.
Change of location after your order has been dispatched is subject to the consent of the rider, must be within the vicinity of your original location and may incur an extra charge. Kindly contact us to make such an arrangement.

The owners and operators of this website take the protection of your data very seriously. We treat your data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data.
