This package contains only cleaned beef lungs. It does not include bones or other offal parts (Assorted/Organs).
The lungs are sourced from healthy, mature cows.
The product is thoroughly cleaned and hygienically packaged without preservatives.
WAYS TO DEFROST - You can defrost your frozen meat pack(s) using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Transfer frozen meat pack(s) from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight. This is the best method to defrost safely and retain freshness and flavour.
Method 2: Place the sealed pack of meat in a bowl of water. This method is recommended if you don’t have the luxury of defrosting overnight.
Method 3: Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, place under a running tap and pull apart. This is not highly recommended but works best when pressed for time.
Method 4: Place in a microwave using the "defrost by weight" function. Take care not to cook the meat in the process of defrosting.
