Tozo (Hump) - With Skin
Our Tozo (Hump) - With Skin Package contains premium beef cuts with flesh attached to the skin, sourced from the hump of a mature male bull. Naturally well-marbled and rich in fat, Tozo is prized for its bold beefy flavour and juicy texture. This flavourful cut is especially popular for suya and grilling, while also adding richness to a variety of traditional Nigerian dishes. The generous marbling in Tozo keeps the meat moist and tender during cooking, making it an excellent choice for high-heat cooking methods as well as slow-cooked meals.

Quality & Hygiene
Our Tozo is sourced from healthy, mature male bulls, thoroughly cleaned, and hygienically packaged without preservatives to ensure freshness, safety, and premium quality.Defrosting Instructions
You can safely defrost your frozen meat pack using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Refrigerator (Recommended)
Transfer the frozen meat pack from the freezer to the refrigerator and leave overnight. This is the safest method and helps retain freshness, flavour, and texture.
Method 2: Cold Water Bath
Place the sealed meat pack in a bowl of cold water. This method is highly recommended when you need to defrost the meat more quickly.
Method 3: Running Water
Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, and run clean water over it while gently separating the pieces. This method is not highly recommended but can be useful when you're short on time.
Method 4: Microwave Defrost
Use your microwave's "Defrost by Weight" function. Monitor carefully to avoid partially cooking the meat during the defrosting process.
