Biscuit Bones
Our Biscuit Bones Package contains carefully selected biscuit bones, making it the perfect choice for bone lovers who enjoy a satisfying chew and the rich flavour of bone marrow.
Unlike Brisket Bones, which are fleshy and cartilaginous, Biscuit Bones are porous, easier to chew, and contain pockets of marrow naturally intertwined within the bone. Their unique texture and flavour make them a favourite ingredient for traditional Nigerian cooking and homemade broths.

Defrosting Instructions
You can safely defrost your frozen meat pack using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Refrigerator (Recommended)
Transfer the frozen meat pack from the freezer to the refrigerator and leave overnight. This is the safest method and helps retain freshness, flavour, and texture.
Method 2: Cold Water Bath
Place the sealed meat pack in a bowl of cold water. This method is highly recommended when you need to defrost the meat more quickly.
Method 3: Running Water
Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, and run clean water over it while gently separating the pieces. This method is not highly recommended but can be useful when you're short on time.
Method 4: Microwave Defrost
Use your microwave's "Defrost by Weight" function. Monitor carefully to avoid partially cooking the meat during the defrosting process.
