Our 2.5kg pack Biscuit Bones are the perfect cut for bone lovers who enjoy a good chew and deep marrow flavour.
This is not to be confused with Brisket Bones which are fleshy, cartilaginous bones. Biscuit Bones on the other hand are porous, easy to chew and have a bit of marrow intertwined.
Rich in Collagen, Biscuit bones are Best used for Meat stock and broth, Nigerian pepper soup, Okra soup, Light Soups, Light chewing/snacking with pepper and salt.

- This meat package contains Biscuit Bones only, not to be confused with Brisket bones.
- This meat is sourced from mature male Cow (bull).
- The meat is thoroughly cleaned and hygienically packaged without preservatives.
WAYS TO DEFROST - You can defrost your frozen meat pack(s) using any of the following methods.
Method1: Transfer frozen meat pack(s) from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight. This is the best method to defrost safely and retain freshness and flavour.
Method 2: Place the sealed pack of meat in a bowl of water. This method comes highly recommended if you don't have the luxury of defrosting overnight.
Method 3: Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, place under a running tap and pull apart. This is not highly recommended but best when pressed for time.
Method 4: Place in a microwave using the "defrost by weight function". Take care not to cook the meat in the process of defrosting.
