Brisket Steak
Our Brisket Steak Package comes as one full slab of uncut Brisket Steak, carefully taken from the lower chest of a mature male cow (bull). This section of the cow is naturally rich in flavour and ideal for creating bold, hearty, and satisfying meals.
Brisket is a tougher cut that becomes beautifully tender when cooked slowly, allowing it to develop deep flavour and a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
At Meat Madam, our brisket steak is fresh, well-cleaned, and hygienically packed without preservatives—just pure, quality meat ready for your kitchen.

Defrosting Instructions
You can safely defrost your frozen meat pack using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Refrigerator (Recommended)
Transfer the frozen meat pack from the freezer to the refrigerator and leave overnight. This is the safest method and helps retain freshness, flavour, and texture.
Method 2: Cold Water Bath
Place the sealed meat pack in a bowl of cold water. This method is highly recommended when you need to defrost the meat more quickly.
Method 3: Running Water
Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, and run clean water over it while gently separating the pieces. This method is not highly recommended but can be useful when you're short on time.
Method 4: Microwave Defrost
Use your microwave's "Defrost by Weight" function. Monitor carefully to avoid partially cooking the meat during the defrosting process.
