Even though Ribeye steak usually has a lot of marbling (fat inside the meat), which makes it tender and full of flavor when cooked, Nigerian Ribeye Steak tends to be lean.
You can grill it, roast it, or fry it in a pan. In Nigeria, many people season it with pepper, garlic, and ginger, then fry or grill it. It tastes great with mashed potatoes, fried plantains, rice, or yam. Some even smoke it for a special flavor.

WAYS TO DEFROST - You can defrost your frozen meat pack(s) using any of the following methods.
Method1: Transfer frozen meat pack(s) from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight. This is the best method to defrost safely and retain freshness and flavour.
Method 2: Place the sealed pack of meat in a bowl of water. This method comes highly recommended if you don't have the luxury of defrosting overnight.
Method 3: Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, place under a running tap and pull apart. This is not highly recommended but best when pressed for time.
Method 4: Place in a microwave using the "defrost by weight function". Take care not to cook the meat in the process of defrosting.
