Sirloin Steak
Our Sirloin Steak Package contains premium sirloin beef cuts sourced from the lower back of a mature male bull. This well-trimmed cut comes from muscles that do relatively little work, giving it a naturally tender, juicy texture with less fat. Rich in flavour and easy to prepare, sirloin steak is an excellent choice for both classic steak dishes and a variety of Nigerian recipes.
Naturally high in protein and leaner than many other steak cuts, sirloin delivers a satisfying balance of tenderness and beefy flavour, making it ideal for health-conscious meat lovers who don't want to compromise on taste.

You can safely defrost your frozen meat pack using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Refrigerator (Recommended)
Transfer the frozen meat pack from the freezer to the refrigerator and leave overnight. This is the safest method and helps retain freshness, flavour, and texture.
Method 2: Cold Water Bath
Place the sealed meat pack in a bowl of cold water. This method is highly recommended when you need to defrost the meat more quickly.
Method 3: Running Water
Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, and run clean water over it while gently separating the pieces. This method is not highly recommended but can be useful when you're short on time.
Method 4: Microwave Defrost
Use your microwave's "Defrost by Weight" function. Monitor carefully to avoid partially cooking the meat during the defrosting process.
