Our 2.5 kg White Pomo is the soft, scraped skin of a cow. It is carefully cleaned and parboiled with hot water to make it safe and ready to cook. White Pomo is light in color and has a smooth texture.
It is perfect for cooking soups, stews, and sauces. It soaks up flavor well and adds a nice, chewy bite to your meals.

- This meat package is 2.5kg of the scraped part of a cattle, equivalent to half slot of meat sharing packages.
- This meat package is often perboiled with hot water.
- This meat is sourced from mature male Cow (bull).
- The meat is thoroughly cleaned and hygienically packaged without preservatives.
WAYS TO DEFROST - You can defrost your frozen meat pack(s) using any of the following methods.
Method1: Transfer frozen meat pack(s) from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight. This is the best method to defrost safely and retain freshness and flavour.
Method 2: Place the sealed pack of meat in a bowl of water. This method comes highly recommended if you don't have the luxury of defrosting overnight.
Method 3: Open the package, place the meat in a bowl, place under a running tap and pull apart. This is not highly recommended but best when pressed for time.
Method 4: Place in a microwave using the "defrost by weight function". Take care not to cook the meat in the process of defrosting.
