Servings: 10+
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Meat Madam Ribeye Steak (2.5kg)
Beef Tallow
5 medium Habanero pepper
5 cloves of Garlic
1 Large onions
Oyster Sauce
Dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce
Salt to taste (Optional)
Sesame seeds (Optional)
Bell peppers (Optional)
PREP METHOD:
Cut the rib eye steak into bite sized pieces and set aside.
Chop the onion, habanero peppers, and garlic. Set aside.
COOKING METHOD:
Heat 1 tablespoon of beef tallow in a large saucepan or wok over medium-high heat.
Fry the ribeye cubes in batches to avoid overcrowding, and cooking, allowing each piece to sear properly. Set aside once browned.
In the same pan, add the garlic, onions, and habanero peppers. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce (about 1 cup each). Add salt if desired and let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Return the fried ribeye cubes to the pan and stir well to coat in the sauce.
Cover, and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes so the meat can soak in the sauce.
Add bell peppers, stir, and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Your rib eye stir fry is ready!!
Serve hot and garnish with sesame seeds if using.
