Our butchers then get to work, processing the meat with precision and expertise. From cows to goats to rams, every cut is handled hygienically and skillfully to preserve its natural taste and tenderness.
During this stage, our processing team suits up in full protective gear (gloves, aprons, overalls, and boots) while the entire work area is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected.
Every tool, surface, and container is cleaned before and after each operation, ensuring that hygiene is maintained at every step.
